Leon spent his summers as a young man stacking cases in the warehouse and rolling beer on the routes. After graduation from the University of Georgia, he began his career at Leon Farmer & Company as a lawn care maintenance assistant. He has held many important positions since that day, including: delivery assistant, forklift driver, on-premise marketing representative, sales representative, computer systems manager, and sales manager. Today, Leon is proud to be the third generation to lead our company and grateful to have worked with so many fine individuals over the years.

Leon is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

He was named General Manager in January 1987. As General Manager, Tim is responsible for short and long term planning as well as the day to day operation of the business. He is responsible for the company’s budget along with the marketing and business plans.

Tim graduated from Georgia College at Milledgeville in June of 1979 with a BBA in Accounting. While attending Georgia College, he played 3 years of baseball being named all conference in 1977 and 1979. Tim, along with his wife Cindy, was inducted into the Athens Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005.

His wide range of business knowledge has allowed him to contribute to the company in many areas.

His first position at Leon Farmer & Company was Computer Systems Manager. In this role Chris managed the implementation of AB Mobility and Intervolve software. In 2007 he was promoted to Director of Administration. His responsibilities included Computer Systems, Human Resources, Accounting and Data Processing. In 2011 Chris assumed the role of Sales Director. Chris is leveraging his twenty plus years of management experience as well as his technical and interpersonal skills to support and guide the sales team.

His responsibilities include customer service as well as sales and delivery operations. Randy has been recognized for excellence many times during his career at Leon Farmer & Company. He was the Sales and Delivery Supervisor of the Year for the state of Georgia in 1995. In 2007 Randy won the Eagles Domain Award presented to the top Anheuser-Busch Sales Manager for the state of Georgia.

Randy currently lives in Gainesville, Georgia with his wife Ginger. He has two daughters, Haley and Abbie, and is a proud grandfather of two. His interests are sports and the great outdoors.
