It’s summertime, and joining it are seasonals aplenty!
Peak Organic Brewing shares several seasonals with us this month – Espresso Amber Ale, Summer Session Ale, and Oak Aged Mocha Stout. Espresso and Summer Session are returning styles, but Oak Aged Mocha Stout is new, blending organic black and chocolate malt with artisan chocolate and local Portland coffee and oak-aging for a rich stout that pairs with desserts, pretzels or a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Magic Hat has two new releases this year in their Summer Scene variety pack. Pistil is a unique dandelion beer, and Elder Betty is a weiss-style brewed with elderberries. These two will be available along with #9 and Blind Faith.
Pyramid Breweries took a little time to revamp the look of their beers, but now they’re back and ready for action! Try some Outburst Imperial IPA, formerly a season that is now available year-round, or the ever-awesome Hefeweizen. Or maybe just get a whole variety pack and try the Hefeweizen, Curve Ball Blonde, Apricot Ale, and a special limited release of Pale Ale, Pyramid’s first brew back in the day!
