If you’re not yet a beer expert, you may ask the question, What is the proper way to pour a beer? Well folks, this Challenge is also for you. What better way to practice without spilling a drop of real beer, which should be saved for drinking? If you drink malt beverages or other carbonated drinks, you can also apply this pouring technique to them!
The technique for pouring beer into a glass is important for maximum enjoyment of the flavors and aromas that were lovingly brewed into the recipe. Beer is best served in a glass because bottles can increase carbonation and hide the true taste of a brew. There are many types of glassware from which to drink a beer; different glasses are ideal for different styles. For example a snifter is shaped to highlight the unique aromas of IPAs, Belgian ales and barleywines.
