Friday the 13th is a lucky day. At least I like to think so. Most people, especially the superstitious ones, don’t consider it so lucky. The fear of Friday the 13th is called friggatriskaidekaphobia, but “luckily” it only happens once, twice or three times a year.
I thought it would be a perfect day to introduce a few upcoming beers to our customers and fans. Try your luck with these delicious craft beers that are soon-to-be-near you!
Magic Hat released news of its new fall seasonal, Hex Ourtoberfest, earlier this summer and I cannot wait to try it. Hex is a malty amber ale with a smoky finish that will become available soon! I love the graphics too.
Kona Pipeline Porter will be hitting the market in a couple months to soothe our pallets during the fall and winter. Porter is dark Kona coffee-roasted beer brewed in Hawaii for our enjoyment.
FestBier is a fall release by Gordon Biersch. Like all of Gordon Biersch’s German brews, this seasonal is crafted according to the German Beer laws dating back hundreds of years. FestBier is a Munich-style lager commonly served during modern-day Oktoberfest festivities to share during the fall celebration.
Southern Tier, a new-to-Georgia brewing company, will be releasing its fall seasonal Pumking in late August. Pumking is an Imperial pumpkin ale created as an ode to a mythical creature of Celtic folklore and brewed in the spirit of All Hallows Eve.
